Victoria primarily handles immigration, employment and international taxation issues.  She graduated from the Moscow State Academy with a masters degree in Engineering.  In addition, she earned a J.D. degree from the University of Houston Law Center (2005), where she represented low-income families on a pro bono basis through the clinical immigration program.  Her service history in employment law includes companies like Saudi Aramco Oil and the United States Postal Service.  Victoria is a member of the Texas Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.  She is fluent in Russian.
